The History

A long time resident of Palm Springs, celebrated architect Donald Wexler developed and designed The Rose Garden using colors, shapes, materials and architecture that made it harmonious with our desert climate. In addition to a casual, friendly lifestyle, residents enjoy sweeping mountain views and a park-like atmosphere. This comfortable setting makes full use of the desert’s bountiful flora in its landscaping details: Colorful, abundant desert blooms; verdant, well-manicured hedges and lawns; and the towering palm trees the Valley is known for.

The Property

Conveniently located in the heart of Palm Springs, The Rose Garden is defined by modern sensibilities, mid-century modern architectural design, and low building density in a resort-style setting.

The 14-acre community features 2-3 bedroom townhomes (single and 2-story) with fireplaces and private garages. Many homes have private courtyards in addition to outdoor living spaces. Residents enjoy community, pools, spas, tennis courts, and plenty of paved walkways ideal for an early-morning run or evening stroll.
